| John B. Kearney, Sr.
Partner - Raised in Toms River, New Jersey, Mr. Kearney
attended St. Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania, receiving
a B.S. in Public Administration/Governmental Services, with
minors in Political Science and Philosophy. Thereafter, John
attended Rutgers University Law School, Camden, New Jersey,
receiving a J.D. in 1983. Law School was followed by a clerkship
with the Hon. Barry Weinberg, past presiding judge of the
civil division in Superior Court, Camden County. He then became
associated with the firm of Brady & Orlando, the predecessor
firm to Kearney & Castillo.
Practice Overview:
Personal injury litigation and government matters. Mr. Kearney
serves as the solicitor to the Boroughs of Audubon Park,
Barrington, Haddon Heights, Lindenwold and Pine Hill, as
well as the Laurel Springs Sewage Authority. In addition,
John represents a variety of private clients in dealing
with governmental entities on local, county and state levels.

Sherri Schweitzer,
Partner - Ms. Schweitzer earned her B.A. at the University
of Maryland, College Park in 1992, going directly on the
Widener School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware, achieving her
J.D. in 1995, as a member of the International Legal Fraternity
Phi Delta Phi. Additional credits include the Dean's List,
Certificate of Achievement Award in Business and Honors
in Federal Income Tax, Advanced Income Tax and Civil Procedure.
Sherri served as an intern to the Hon. Murry Simon, Chancery
Division, Superior Court, Essex County. Upon graduation,
Sherri worked as the Law Clerk to the Hon. Francis J. Orlando,
Jr., Assignment Judge, Superior Court, Camden County. She
is a member of the New Jersey Bar and Pennsylvania Bar,
United States District Court for the Third Circuit, United
States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Practice Overview: Civil trial litigation, business and
corporate law.
